So the microtibule is made up of tubulin protein in which the tubulin protein is a heterodimer protein which gets attached to each other and forms of protofilament.

And then these protofilaments are bound together and forms of microtibule.

In this, at least 13 protofilaments are joined together to form the microtubule and the plus end is present where the beta subunit is there and minus end is here.
