We're gonna be talking about the circulatory system and just a general overview of how it operates and we're gonna be talking about this anatomically.
00:10
So we're looking as if we are looking at another person.
00:13
So that means that this is their right side and this is their left.
00:18
And so here in the middle, this is where your heart is gonna be.
00:21
It's good.
00:21
It's you know, it's all centered around the heart and the heart has four different chambers.
00:26
It has the two atrium at the top and the two ventricles at the bottom.
00:32
So when we're gonna talk about the blood flow, we're going to start down here in the right ventricle.
00:40
So this is where blood has collected into the heart.
00:44
It's going to go out of here and into the lungs.
00:53
So it goes through this which is the pulmonary artery and then into the lungs and it goes out to the lungs on either side of the body and then once it has gotten to the lungs, it will become oxygenated.
01:15
And so now we're taking this, i'm doing the normal blue and red colors just to help us understand what's happening to the blood.
01:23
So now the blood has been oxygenated.
01:25
It becomes a richer red color...
