There is no plain language in the Constitution that states American citizens have a right to healthcare, nor is it an "unalienable right". There are statutes that provide the right to healthcare, for example - EMTALA - a patient has the right to a medical screening in an emergency situation. Research another statute/regulation that affords the "right" to healthcare and discuss the provisions of the statute (excluding Medicare & Medicaid programs).
