To measure the effect of a favor on compliance, participants were randomly assigned
to receive a soda either from a confederate in the study, the experimenter, or not to
receive a soda at all. Later, the confederate asked participants to purchase raffle
tickets (this was the measure of compliance). Those who had gotten the soda from
the confederate reported liking the confederate more and were more likely to buy
raffle tickets than those who had not gotten a soda or those who had gotten a soda
from the experimenter. Questioning if buying raffle tickets is a good way to measure
compliance relates to what type of validity?
