A patient reports a history of right groin pain, which is worse with sitting and rising from a sitting position. Physical examination, X-rays, and CT scans confirm a pincer lesion in the right acetabulum and noted as the cause for loss of rotation. Physician completed an arthroscopy of the right hip with debridement, and an acetabuloplasty was performed.
