So this question is very interesting because we tend to think of it in a computer science point of view, but in reality, troubleshooting is not really confined only to computer science.

I would argue that we've troubleshoot every day in our lives.

For example, just the other day, i was trying to figure out why my blu -ray dvd, but it wasn't working.

So i went into the wires and i was making sure that the correct input was going into the right, you know, cable and all that and that itself is an example of troubleshooting.

So of these everyday tasks, when we try to make something work that wasn't working or that's not working or we try to determine what's wrong with the system, these are all examples of troubleshooting.
