But in any case, in the short term, i would say that covid changed how we deal with stress because a lot of the times we're in social environments when we experience stress.

And if other people experience the same kinds of stress, we can sort of feed off of that energy and respond in a collective fashion.

And there's like a certain kind of energy.

And like you can talk to your friends face to face and see how they're reacting and react that way.

But like covid -19 imposed a lot of isolation from social situations.
