My thiamine intake, riboflavin and niacin intake was 1.3 mg, 1.5 mg, 1.8 mg respectively. The energy requirement for this individual is 2850 kcal. Please show all work for your calculations. The DRI/RDA for these vitamins is also expressed in terms of energy intake: Thiamine: 0.5 mg/1000 kcal but no less than 1 mg/day; Riboflavin: 0.6 mg/1000 kcal but no less than 1.2 mg/day; Niacin: 6.6 NE/1000 kcal but no less than 13 NE/day. (1 mg Niacin = 1 NE Niacin equivalent). Calculate your intake based on this standard. Show calculation. Thiamine intake mg/1000 kcal Riboflavin intake mg/1000 kcal Niacin intake NE/1000 kcal
