Following the study, The Belmont Report was proposed, governing three basic principles to guide in the evaluation of the ethics of research involving human subject. Describe the THREE (3) ethical issues arise from the Tuskegee Syphilis Study. (3 marks) Describe the Belmont Report AND relate each of these principles to the above case study.
