Dna and it's the area of dna where rna polymerase can begin to do its job of transcripting dna and eukaryotic genes we have a conserved region called a tata box so this region where the promoters located at would be directly related to a tata box and so so related that they're pretty much one in the same so you can put tata box right here and so this tadai box right here and so this tad hot -top box gives the cell or gets the rna preliminaries a clue, so to speak, of where to begin.
