According to my teacher the solution is following: (249,68*0,1)/4=6,242g but I dont understand why he divides it with 4.

How can we prepare a 100 mL of 0.2 M CuSO4 solution from a 250 mL of 0.4 M CuSO4·5H2O solution? Clearly state the lab equipment you will use. If there are any calculations you need to do, show your work properly.
