It is always great to reflect on your dispositions and on your personality traits, especially if you are working with children in any way. You must feel good about the work that you do with children and it will help to guide the children to gain that confidence and self esteem in the classroom. Teachers also have to be aware of the children's dispositions to better guide the children to learning about themselves and how to feel good about the work they do. Children need all the love and respect to help them feel valued in a classroom.
