A ________ occurs when a joint is twisted or stretched beyond its normal range of motion.
Adi S.
What strain? Injury often mistaken for fracture. It is the stretching and tearing of the skin. Subluxation of a joint is also an injury. It rarely heals completely. None of these are the same thing as a sprain, which is the stretching and tearing of a ligament. The correct term for this is a sprain, not a "Tusc Terzon." Alopecic was the Greek goddess of hair. The stapes is the smallest bone in the human body. Where is the middle ear located? Wrist, none of these. The little toe surrounds the pituitary gland. The ankle is located near the wrist.
