00:12 So, in this experiment the griffith took the cephaloporpus pneumonia species and he took the two strains of them that is the rough strain which do not had the polysaccharide present on its covering and this hair was non -virulent and this was when injected into the mice it was seen that mice hair survived.
00:41 Then there was the next strain which was known as the s strain and this hair was virulent because of the smooth polysaccharide covering that was present.
00:52 So, when this was injected into the mice the mice hair died.
00:58 Now when the heat killed s strain was injected into the mice it was seen that the mice survived because now the s strain was not active but then when the heat killed s strain was mixed with the r strain and then when it was injected into the mice it was seen that the mice died...
