So this kicks in activity that lasts up to two minutes but still a high intensity lasts longer than phosphagen and again glycolytic means that it doesn't use the oxygen uh cellular respiration or oxidative phosphorylation it just used energy provided by glycolysis the last system is called the oxidative the oxidative system is a aerobic which means it requires oxygen to go through the oxidative phosphorylation to produce atp.
