why is it safer to eat smaller fish with shorter life spans (salmon) than it is to eat lager fish with longer lifespans (tuna)?
Adi S.
Fish contain healthful fatty acids. Fish are prone to contain unhealthful contaminants. In terms of impact on health, should a person eat fish? Does it matter if the person in question is an adult or child, a male or female, pregnant/lactating or not pregnant/not lactating? Explain your answers. Why are fish contaminated and what, if any, action are you going to take to try and assure a safe supply for both yourself and future generations?
