here we have a set of numbers, and our goal is to find the median. And remember that the median will be the middle number once the numbers have been arranged from least two greatest. So the first thing we want to do is rearrange the numbers from least two greatest, and we get 1 38 2 30 2 35 for 12 for 66 and 9 76 Now let's count and see how many numbers we have. 123456 Now, since there are six numbers, an even number of numbers, technically, there is no middle number. And so what we do is we average the two middle numbers. We average the 2 35 and the 4 12 and when we do that, we get 3 23.5 and that is our median.
