We can plot a few points to get an idea of the shape of the graph. For example, when $x=0$, $y=-4$. When $x=1$, $y=-3$. When $x=2$, $y=0$. When $x=3$, $y=5$. We can also plot the points for $x=-1$, $x=-2$, and $x=-3$ which will mirror the points on the right side
