So here we're going to discuss evolution as it pertains to biology, evolutionary biology.

So first i'll give a quick discussion of what evolutionary biology is.

And then i will give my take on how evolutionary biology fits in with the copernican revolution, which is usually focused on astronomical topics.

So we'll diverge a little bit from that and discuss a biology equivalent.

But what evolutionary biology is is it's the study of how species change.

So we're looking at entire species, not individuals or certain persons or whatever, change over time.

And so it's trying to understand natural forces that drive these changes.

So there are a number of these that have been identified.

External forces include natural selection, which could have to do with the environment, could have to do with selective mating is another one.

But there are internal things that happen as well.

Oh, yeah, and gene mutation that come about due to the environment as well.

But, of course, there are internal forces as well, such as heredity.

Okay, and i won't list all those changes, but scientists study these forces, and they quantify them and observe them happening with experiments and observations.

So that's what makes this a science, is that our ideas change about how important a particular force is and what it's doing in certain populations.

Now, what it has come to the conclusion is that humans have arisen from changes in other species.
