When thinking about these similarities and differences between meiosis and mitosis, i think it's easiest to start with these similarities because you can start to think about, okay, what types of processes, what types of cellular processes are these? and so when thinking about meiosis and mitosis, we know that they are processes that involve the division of the nucleus.
00:26
So they're both nuclear division processes.
00:35
Additionally, you can think, okay, what stages are involved in these processes? and we know that there's metaphase, anaphaes, telophase, and prophase, in both of these processes.
01:14
And we'll get into how there's more of those in meiosis.
01:19
Additionally, we know that both of these processes occur in m phase of the cell cycle.
01:37
Now, going back to this point of how there's more in one or the other, you can think about the different stages...
