A new predator in a community could lead to changes at populations at lower trophic levels, so-called top-down effects. If you consider each of the species in the food web as populations increasing or decreasing, you can imagine a "+" next to a species whose abundance should increase because of the new predator of grabbins; a "-" next to a species whose abundance should decrease; or a "0" if you think a species' abundance will remain the same. It might be useful to draw it up on a paper for yourself. Select the indirect effect that is most likely to be observed if the daggerjaw is introduced as predator on grabbins:
