Of course, duty must have something to do with morality. It is morally right to donate to certain charities and not hurt people who irritate us; so, morally, we should do these things. Sometimes, what we should do is not seen as optional. We often think we have a moral obligation (obligation). It may not be a moral obligation to give to any charity, but it seems like we often have a moral obligation to not hurt people. As a family member, it is our moral obligation to protect our family. We cannot let them get into trouble and do nothing about it. Parents have a moral duty to protect their children, as children also turn to parents for help or advice. As human beings, we all have moral obligations to help people who are in need and not abandon them. It is immoral to kill people.
