Okay, so this question is about if you have a really highly stressful job, what should you do to keep your physical health up? okay, so this is, i think, just a really challenging question for a lot of people, right? because a high stress job typically takes a lot of time and to maintain your physical health that also takes up a lot of time and so there's this kind of pressure, right? between those two because they both take time.

So what could somebody do? well, one thing that they could do is that they could incorporate activity into existing activities, existing already standing activities.

So for example, right, like if you know that you have to get to work and get to the floor that your job is on, you could incorporate walking up the stairs, right? you have to wait for the elevator, you have to spend time doing that anyway, but you could incorporate activity into that.

Another example would be standing when you take a phone call, for example, or when you're in a meeting.

So you have to be in the meeting, right? you have to take that phone call, but you could take a standing position instead of a sitting position.

You could even get a walking, a little mini walking treadmill, right? so that is one good suggestion to realistically maintain your physical health in a high stress job if you don't have enough time, right, to do too much more...
