"Drinking alcohol makes me pee a lot" Light beer is healthier than regular beer. A breastfeeding woman can produce more milk by having a drink just before feeding her baby. Eating greasy food after a night's drinking will reduce a hangover. Drinking hard liquor, such as whiskey and rum, is no more harmful than drinking beer or wine. Alcohol warms you up. Alcohol is a stimulant. Beer is a good source of vitamins and minerals. Dark-colored beers have a higher alcohol content (and more calories) than pale beers.
