Download IL_EX_5-5.xlsx, then save it as yourinitials_Billings.
1. Convert the data to a table with the default table style (Blue, Table Style Medium 2).
2. Sort the table first by Office, then by Service.
3. Summarize the table (the 2 boxes in columns L&M); use the DSUM function.
4. Add a balance column to the table.
5. Build a table formula to compute the balance for each attorney.
6. Add data validation to the referral column so that your screen matches the table shown at right.
7. Landscape orientation; Scale to fit all columns on one page.
8. Enter your name in the center section of the worksheet footer.
