identifying the different lymphatic vessels, discuss the relationship existing between the lymphatic and blood capillaries, including how the lymph forms and circulates between the two systems. Don't exceed two hundred fifty words, and please provide references.
Adi S.
Both capillaries and lymphatic vessels are part of the circulatory system of the body. They carry nutrients and oxygen to cells and also remove waste materials. Lymphatic vessels are responsible for removing excess fluid from the tissues and participate in the immune system. If a tumor comes into contact with the transport system of the body, this allows for the movement of cancer cells from one area of the body to other locations in the body. The spreading of cancer cells to new areas in the body is called metastasis. These cancer cells will undergo proliferation and form new tumors in different locations.
Sri K.
The lymph reenters the vascular circulation at _______.
