Now, part of this kidney filtration is called the renal artery and vein.

And what this is is it's basically part of your circulatory system.

And this is going to be responsible for part of this filtration and for creating a concentration gradient to allow things to be filtered.

So it will filter either out or into the kidney based on what is in the renal artery and renal vein.

Now, the other thing that's important is you're going to have your inferior vina cava, and this is also part of your circulatory system.
