Bradford assay:
1) Add 4 ml of water to 1 ml of Bradford reagent.
2) Make standards of BSA: 1 mg/ml, 0.75 mg/ml, 0.5 mg/ml, 0.25 mg/ml, and 0.125 mg/ml.
3) Fill wells from columns 1-7 in rows A-C with 200 ul of diluted Bradford reagent.
5) Add 10 ul of H2O, standard, or your sample to 200 ul of Bradford reagent as shown below. Mix well while pipetting!

6) Wait 5 minutes and measure the absorbance at 595 nm using Magellan Teacan plate reader.
Export the read data to Microsoft Excel.
8) Calculate the standard curve.
